Shane is excited to rediscover his love of theatre and acting after a long hiatus from the stage. After his Year 8 drama teacher took a gamble and cast him in the lead role of the school production Cosi, Shane fell in love with the theatre and never looked back!

In his twenties, Shane found his niche in shows that combined scripted performance and improvisation, performing in several runs of Suspect: A Game of Murder at The Rechabites Theatre in Northbridge.

After studying Film and Literature at University, Shane became an English teacher and has loved sharing is passion of literature, theatre and film with young people. While long absent from the stage, Shane has been busy playing the role of his life – father to three amazing young children – and is grateful that someone else has taken another gamble on him and cast him in this amazing show!
